Kano Records 2 Additional COVID-19 Deaths
Kano State Ministry of Health has confirmed two additional deaths to the novel coronavirus pandemic.
According to the Ministry, the state now has a total of three deaths and seventy-seven active cases of the COVID-19.
Kano state correspondent King Richard reports that The Ministry posted on its official Twitter account saying as at 12:15 pm 27th April 2020, Kano state government records an additional two deaths of COVID-19.
This is coming after a weekend where the state lost over twenty prominent indigenous people residing in the state.
Although the state ministry of information attributes the deaths to other diseases like hypertension, diabetes and malaria they, however, said in a press release that further investigations are ongoing to ascertain the actual causes of high death tolls in the state.
