Leaders from the political, traditional, religion and economic sector of Imo state have thrown their weight behind the state governor senator Hope Uzodimma for a successful leadership in the state.

The Imo stakeholders made the decision known at the southeast APC stakeholders meeting in Owerri chaired by the former governor of the state Dr. Ikedi Ohakim.

One of the key agendas of the well-attended meeting by Imo sons and daughters is total resolution to recover looted funds and properties of Imo state from whoever must have stolen them.

Expressing displeasure over the monumental fraud allegedly perpetrated by the former governor Of the state, Sen. Rochas Okorocha, the people requested that Governor Uzodimma probe the Okorocha's eight years administration thoroughly.

Also speaking to newsmen shortly after the deliberation, Hon. Blessing Nwaoba,  women holding key political offices in the state condemned fraudulent leadership and ask that anyone found wanting to be made to face the law.

Meanwhile, the Media Adviser to Senator Rochas Okorocha, Mr Sam Onwuemeodo when contacted promised to call back but never did as at the time of filing this report.
